Delegating Your Domain Name

Name servers tell the internet where to find your website and where to deliver your email. The right name servers must be assigned to your domain name for your web hosting services to function correctly. To modify your name server settings follow the steps below.

1. Login to the domain management panel using the details provided in your domain welcome email.
2. Click the "Change Name server" link from the navigation menu.
3. In the space provide enter your name server details. Note: Only the first 2 fields are required.
4. Click submit to save the changes.

It can take up to 24 hours for the changes made to your domain name's Name Servers to take effect. This is the standard time-frame required for DNS propagation to complete worldwide. This process is not controlled by any one ISP/company and therefore it cannot be hastened.

Updating your WHOIS Details

Domain registrants must keep their contact details up-to-date for the duration of their domain name registration.

1. Login to the domain management panel using the details provided in your domain welcome email
2. Click the "Change contact details" link from the main menu.
3. Make any necessary changes to your contact details
4. Click submit to save any changes
